What The Client Wanted
Our team here at Advanced Refurbishments had recently been working on a Cladding Panel repair and Curtain Walling Spraying for our client Zillions in Luton. The building’s panel colour had started to fade due to long-term adverse conditions, causing wear and tear as a result. The client wanted their commercial property to be revitalised and looking brand new again.
What We Did
We started the project by repairing the panels on the exterior and interior of the building, housing the glass panels. Our guys masked around the windows to ensure they were kept clean and safe during the panel repairs. Once completed, we provided a tailored application process, spraying the curtain walling in colour RAL 7016, bringing a fresh new look. The project was completed professionally and immaculately only taking three days in total. No access was needed and overall, our professional technicians were able to keep disruption to a minimum.
